Dan is the host of The Wisconsin Whistle. Growing up as a child in Wisconsin, his love for the Packers started in the Brett Favre era with a Super Bowl victory over the New England Patriots. As he got around seven-years-old, he became a devoted fan of the Packers as his number one sports rooting interest. Also, growing up around a lot of Brewers' baseball and attending countless games as a child, his love for baseball was always there. Dan's entire family would watch Brewers' games or make it a priority to sit and listen to Bob Uecker on 620 WTMJ live every game. Dan's love for basketball grew from playing the sport in middle school and doing March Madness brackets, where he picked up a rooting interest for the Milwaukee Bucks and college sports followed soon after with rooting for both Badgers' basketball and football along with Marquette basketball. Dan has wrote on a various number of websites, most notably FanNation, an SI affiliate, since the age of 13 and his love for sports has only grown stronger with age.
