The match recap for the latest home match Summit JV v. Grand Valley

Summit JV hosted Grand Valley on March 19th in a match that was never really in doubt.

A precision strike early in the first half gave Summit yet another early lead at home, setting the tone for what would become a dominant performance. Grand Valley struggled to maintain possession throughout, and when pressed, often surrendered the ball cheaply rather than playing through the pressure.

Summit kept the visiting goalkeeper busy, repeatedly catching her off guard with well-timed runs and shots. A foul in the 29th minute resulted in a penalty kick that Summit converted to take a commanding 3-0 lead into halftime.

The second half was more of the same. Summit added five more goals to seal a convincing 8-0 victory, extending their strong form at home.
